She oversees several business endeavors such as Focus Cuisines Limited, Focus Real Estate Services Limited, Focus Integrated Tour Services Limited, Focus Integrated Global Security Services Limited and an NGO called World Team Rescue Foundation. She is the group founder and managing director of all the above-mentioned companies, seeing to its strategic planning and day to day administration.
A Bachelor’s degree holder in construction project management with Herriot Watt University UK (Dubai-UAE Campus). After graduation she got her first construction project management job with Coffey Projects LLC, Dubai –UAE as a project engineer working with a project management team and handling the paperwork side of a 52 Floors residential building at the dubai marina, UAE tracking every type of material the architect specified. In Year 2010, she relocated to Nigeria for her National Youth Service where she spent 1year working with Shell Nigeria Exploration & Production Company Limited as personal assistant to Engr. Simbi Wabote, General Manager Business & Government Relations before he was transferred to the Dubai branch in 2011”.
Rekiya Phildennis is a recipient of many awards, many practitioner licenses, and certificates in various capacities both locally & internationally. She is very well travelled and has been to every continent in the world and over 100 countries.
Rekiya’s Empire brand through Focus Real Estate Services Limited has managed numerous large residential Estates within Nigeria such as Chevyview Estate opposite Chevron Nigeria Limited in Chevron, Lagos for 4years, also the entire Alfred Garden Estate, Oregun – Ikeja and alongside several large housing estates within Nigeria and overseas.
